Dementia Support and Enrichment

Our dementia support program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with memory loss and their caregivers. Through engaging activities, meaningful events, and tailored resources, we aim to create an environment where dignity, joy, and connection flourish.

This program recognizes the unique challenges faced by African American families affected by dementia. By focusing on holistic care, we offer enriching experiences that nurture the well-being of both individuals and their loved ones, fostering a sense of community and shared resilience.

With a vision to make a lasting impact, our work supports caregivers with tools, guidance, and opportunities to connect while championing innovative approaches to care for those navigating dementia. Together, we’re creating a brighter future for families in need of understanding and support.

Our elders are the keepers of invaluable stories, lessons, and traditions that form the foundation of Black entrepreneurship. Through our dementia care program, we not only support individuals and their families but also strive to preserve the legacies they hold. By capturing their narratives and wisdom, we ensure their contributions inspire future generations of Black business leaders.

From recording personal histories to sharing insights from decades of lived experience, we celebrate the link between cultural heritage and economic empowerment. Additionally, as caregivers balance their roles, we recognize the economic impact of dementia on families and seek to create opportunities for education, resources, and financial support that empower them to maintain their livelihoods while preserving the dignity of their loved ones.
